I like how you noticed that Morisette is usually leading in singing but this time she was letting Darren lead and she supports him equally to create a great performance. Most of the individual artists in the Philippines when they collab to make a cover they know how to harmonized not just in technique but with each artist so they don't overpower each other. Yet despite Morisette supporting Darren, it doesn't make her performance any less great.

Darren was 15 then, 19 now. The voice has deepened and matured but the range is still there. He’s known as the Total Performer cause he sings and dances, and tackles different music genres. Some context. Mori and Darren each sang this song as individuals on the Wish bus. This was a Wish concert. A few years ago KZbin took down the entire Wish library on copyright grounds. Wish needed a license agreement. Some videos are reposted but a large number of great videos are unfortunately gone. I was lucky to binge watch before the purge.

Morissette doing hand signal to the band on the last part (very relatable to most of the bands in the Philippines)..she was actually requesting repeat on the lastpart and...did the soprano 1 harmony with Darren to end the song ❤️ I must say that part is not written to the sheet.. They're all using their killer instict and muscle memory to that most requested song during that time.. (well the band was prepared and expected the song will be requested bcoz of the popular chandelier performance of Darren in wishbus..so they have sheet) As a musician myself..me and my band were always prepared to do the impromtu whenever some artist/audience would want to jam with us... and we don't use sheet in live performance.. so have to study a lot of songs and memorize all the details..
