I enjoy the way you review pipe tobaccos. Clear and educational. One pipe tobacco I just was treated to is by Davidoff (Orlik does the manufacturing for them). The Scottish blend, along with a number of others (some of which are hard to come by right now). Maybe you could try some and let us know your thoughts. Mine are so far very positive. This sounds like an interesting blend. The comparison with Scarecrow perked my ears up, as I’ve recently revisited that blend and had a change of heart. My initial samples were in a cob and I wasn’t overly impressed. But trying it again in a meerschaum was an eye opener for me. Much better taste experience. If Mirkwood is anything like it, I’m interested 😊 Thanks for the review and have a Happy New Year!
