With a dedicated well-being and culture committee, Team Tobermore avail of monthly health campaigns and team bonding events at no expense.
Each month of the year has a dedicated health initiative to provide the team with access to invaluable resources, help raise awareness of different health topics and fundraise for many charities
We recognise that our people are much more than their job titles and a happy team will continue to drive the success of Tobermore. We spend a lot of our time at work and quite naturally colleagues become the best of friends and such team bonding events provide perfect opportunities to create great memories.
