This version is played in C standard tuning and it is a rotation of the following chords: C, C#, F minor, D# then back to C (all chords apart from the C are barre chords). So it's basically just the same shape ("E shape") moved from open strings to fret 1, then to fret 5 (and drop the 3rd string to make it minor, "Em shape"), then fret 3 and back to open.
