As a guitars who is playing flamenco for over 13 years I can say that this is not hard to play, any advanced guitarist can learn. BUT ! this is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. Its easy for someone with over 10 years of playing classical music believe me. You cannot play this correctly even if you have been the guitar around 5 or 8 years... Its not only the tapping or Rhythm. Intonation, correct notes, melody compositions.... Thats why I said its a masterpiece ....
