Wireless USB Condenser Microphone Review! BOYA BY-PM500W

Hello I have a problem with the wireless mode. If I talk from a distance with reasonable loudness, like you did in the video, then the recording is extremely quiet as long as a software (e.g. OBS) is not used to add extra gain to the recording. I checked other mics and I did not experienced any problem, so it is most likely that the problem is not with my soundcard. It also occurs when I use it with my phone. Is it a common problem or it might be a faulty product? Thank you for your answer in advance!
