This man was a massive fan of MERLE and was a huge support for him when he was very sick, he stepped in for Merle on stage half way through a concert when Merle was struggling to breathe, Merle asked him if he knew his songs and Toby said everyone of them. A compassionate and true hearted man. Sad he passed too soon.
