My prayers and thoughts are with you. I lost both my parents back to back from cancer almost 4 years ago. My Dad had pancreatic cancer and my mom had lung cancer. I pray that you beat it if it's possible for you.

@johnbest1978 I'm so sorry for your loss. I have been in remission before but .. here we go again. I stay positive & I did the chemo & radiation and all that even took the hardest chemo the hospital has ever prescribed. I am at peace with my passing I have came to the realization that they "govt" "big phara" won't release the cure. I'm not going through it again. So, I feel if it's my time to go then my work here is done & nothing will stop the Lord from taking me. Nothing they can prescribe. Please live in your parents memory and not in their passing It will consume you. Give yourself some peace. It really takes a lot off of you. Thank you for your kind words. You made my day

I'm not a big country fan but Toby Keith is one of the first musicians I can remember hearing as a kid his music is kind of nostalgic to me his music brings back good childhood memories with my Grandparents and Uncle going on vacation in the summer listening to froggy 99.9 on the radio. R.I.P. Toby Keith

I'm not a big country fan (I like a few songs here and there). However, back in the early to mid 2000s, when I was still living with my parents, during the summer they'd open all the windows in the house and just blast country music. Toby Keith was one of the artist they'd play all the time. He had some pretty funny songs and I can appreciate mysic with a good sense of humor. My mother would dance around the house singing his music. She passed away almost 10 years ago now. I saw the same clip you mentioned maybe about a week ago and I thought he sounded pretty optimistic about the future. I've lost several family members to cancer over the years. So I feel for his family.

I’ve lost one to the same type of cancer. It’s rough. It’s definitely a tough thing to go through.
