I remember when this song first came out and I had never heard it before and I went to Tobymac's concert and he performed it. I remember thinking it was the coolest thing I had ever seen. I went to his concert again in Kansas City, Missouri last night. Again, an epic concert as always. I've seen him 4 times now starting since I was 5 and now I'm 13.

Brother Toby, great timing for showing video because the knee replacement recovery is tiring butI will keep going. I just wanted to tell you I used the word "Elements" while I was getting prepped for surgery. Every time I got scared I said "Elements" because it was my safe word and it gave me hope. A nurse asked why I was saying "Elements" and I explained to her about and the song . She thought that was pretty cool :)

Im still recovering 6+mo later so i def understand the long recovery periods it can be exhausting.
