2010 Hello Love Tour Concert in Little Rock, Arkansas with opening act of Chris Tomlin and TobyMac following. Best concert of my 56 year old lifetime. My forever wife Nancy and my only daughter Emily celebrated that night with the songs I will rise (by Tomlin) and Funky Jesus music (by TobyMac). I know today that Out of all Creation people are God’s most prized possession (James 1, NLT). For me my journey out of darkness into the light started that night. God is merciful and full of forgiveness for people who forgive and show mercy toward others. TobyMac songs (Forgiveness, Speak Life, Family, Help is on the Way) all have shaped my Heart and allowed the Holy Spirit to have commune with a living God and the blood covenant that I have with Jesus. I so enjoy the fact that your songs all sound so different, which is in my opinion extremely beneficial to the body of Christ in that; your music appeals to a diverse crowd and can reach so many! God moves through Christian music just as strongly as a sermon prepared and rehearsed from the pulpit! Winning souls no matter how his word is delivered is all that God wants for this nation! Our Youth Group has exploded and recently moved to Thursday nights because we became too 'loud and proud' for the Wednesday night folks. This past Thursday night, I opened 20 / 20 with our new favorite anthem: "Funky Jesus Music". I jacked the bass knob around to 5 and a half o'clock, cranked the volume, the strobe lights were strobin', the fog machine was foggin', and we rocked out!
