So, what should we answer for part V.1 Do you or will you compensate officers, directors, or trustees, or do or will you have highest compensated employees, or highest compensated independent contractors? We do want to pay for being an employee to manage document work, to operate activities etc. Initially, we definitely won't have 100,000 to pay them but let's say 5 years from now, once we get enough budget to pay them over 100K. Is it okay or a risk factor for the application to say yes? The directions for this questions mentions both directors and employees. Also, Is it okay if we answer NO this question now as we don't have money but eventually end up paying our employees 110k 6 years from now once we get the budget and as per standard rate of the market? does that affect the 5013c status in the future?

Donor Letter - They get to screw the donor out of the deduction to increase the tax burden and still let the nonprofit keep the cash. If it affected the nonprofit negatively like they had to return it, the rule would be gone.
