For the people who dont know her backstory, here is how i know it. So basically, there is this girl who is her and her parents, i think, would like to abuse her, and thats why her neck is blue because they would choke her and her arm is also blue because they would squeeze it really hard and her cheeks are very red because they would probably slap her or they could just be like that. That is also the reason she gulps her food down because her neck hurts too much.
