i’ve been hearing good and bad things about stylevana. my friend ordered a package and it got lost. she has yet to receive a refund. i don’t mind a long wait but i have read online that their customer service is not the best. how is your experience with them?

@@geegee508 Yes, their customer service is quite poor, mainly due to the difficulty in reaching them. After exhausting all other options, I finally managed to contact them via Instagram, and they responded promptly within a day. They then followed up with an email requesting my order ID. The delay in my order was due to certain items being out of stock, but they offered me the choice to either wait for them to restock or select alternative items of equal or lesser value. As for your friend's order, they have two delivery options, one of which includes insurance against loss, albeit at an additional cost of around £7. Given the significant investment in skincare products, the extra £7 for insured delivery seems negligible compared to the potential loss. Plus, considering the substantial savings compared to other stores, it's a small price to pay for peace of mind. £300 for a whole new skincare routine at stylevana or £600 everywhere els for the identical products and extra £7 doesn’t seem bad haha

@@geegee508 also their point system is amazing the more you buy the higher your level becomes and you start getting 40% off products store wide with every order and getting free teams all the time with your orders and real free stuff not just sample size or the shit they can’t sell. You get good things sometimes not for you but good items nonetheless so you can give them to friends if you don’t need it like when I get makeup I give it to my sisters or friends

@@geegee508 ow I just got this tone up sunscreen today btw and if you put on a moisturiser before it it pills into little balls quite a bit and also makes your eyebrows and hair line look like it’s full of dandruff!! But if you blast it with a super hydrating makeup finishing spray a load it settles into the skin and looks really fucking good
