Our new channel - clck.ru/ENQ3Y - ballet technique step by step I'm a ballet teacher in Bolshoi ballet academy Moscow.
Today was simple lesson, but some of my kids were sick and did not take class. Instead - he played with video camera.

thank you for posting this video. i first watched this 2 days ago with my ten year old. he's now trying to do his tendu exercise v e r y s l o w. he's also noticed how pulled up the dancers are and the close up shots showed him how quiet the torso has to stay. just the visual he needed. thanks again

Dear Ilya - Yes I found it - Thank you so much. I do miss the ones from Maryinski class - somehow they were removed. I just want you to know how lucky we are in the USA to have someone as brilliant as you who also shares the work with the rest of us. У парней данные вроде есть. И даже какбудто выжимаются. Нет только огня в глазах. Как у Нуриева или Барышникова. Они делают и не плохо. Но все мучения нарисованны у них на лице. Надо научится их скрывать. Всем удачи ,:)
