Oda Nobunaga is a bad uber usually, but is incredible in certain situations. He has a really long attack startup, low hp and an ok range of 410, but can permafreeze any black enemy. Exceptionally useful against Le'Noir and can obliterate Le'Grim. Also Filibuster cat sucks. 12 second attack animation for 4 seconds of freeze AND has the hp of wet tissue paper.
