I really resonate with you, and it's ok to have a shitty day, week, month, maybe even year tbh. The mere fact that you even had the courage to video and be honest about your mental state, shows that you do care. I'm not trying to be overly positive, but it will get better. Nothing stays the same forever. I really can only judge based off what you choose to show, but stay safe and keep going. Do it for yourself and those your cherish the most. I think a lot of us are trying to live with the inevitable sadness of being human..❤

Something that always helps me with those gross headaches is your normal pain medication (like advil) and a glass of water with electrolyte mix❤️ I find the electrolyte stuff helps more than regular pain meds sometimes
