Classic lenses podcast is a great listen for both film and digital shooters!

After an exciting week for the digital camera world I got really frustrated with the negative reactions by the photographers community. That's why I shoot film and am close to the point of preferring film to digital! Honestly, thank you Joey for keeping the film community up and running, for keeping it real with all your videos and effort, tips and tricks. You're the man!

Digital definitely has it's place, but if I'm trying to shoot something for longevity it's definitely gonna be on film.

It is frustrating to see how every new camera must have at least 1fps more than the previous one, and 8k, and 1B focus points, and what not. The good thing about this, though, is that "old" (read: released 1-2 year ago) digital cameras will get cheaper :) I believe digital and film are two different tools for the same goal that is to make an image. It's like a fork and a spoon, you can use both to eat food but sometimes one is better than the other. Or you could eat with your hands, also knows as using a Holga.

That one with flipping the film around sounds a lot like a couple you can buy, one is Rollie redbird and another is Kono Rotwild. have seen some shots from the Redbird film and it has a red tint to it which is similar to the Kono Rotwild as well. I have a roll of Rotwild I shot and waiting to get developed here so I'm looking forward to seeing how they look.

Travis has a good channel but the worst grade known to mankind. Those completely blown highlights are a travesty to any film photog.
