i also broke the back of poverty by tithing got a 2015 KIA optima drove it off the car lot with only 23 miles on it with no down payment and now I'm driving a 2016 Impala when we take care of Gods house his church he'll take care or ours give your tithes and offerings Malachi 3:10 and God will break that poverty spirit back off of you Amen

no your not required to tithe. .that was the old testament. .and even in the old they gave 10% of they're food and even gave clothes. .give offerings to support your church and pastors but it's to help out not to get rich in return.

+Michelle Thomas ..if you are a Christian then than means your understanding grace and not law..the Jews were required to tithe but they didn't have money so they gave 10% of what they had..food, clothes, animals and they gave it to the Levi, they were the keeps of the law and did not work and needed help with surplus. .we are not under law but grace so it is not required to tithe. .but if you feel the need to give offerings that would be fine..but God will not punish if you dont tithe. .

Your sins are not too big - our God is much bigger. Consider what a mustard seed of faith can do (Matt 17:20). That is very small! Is your faith smaller? Jesus is the author of your anyway. He knows what he is doing. Seek to come closer to Him with a repentant and humble heart. The blood of Jesus is sufficient for all sins. Sounds like "other" voices are saying your sins are too big. Believe that His blood washes away ALL of your sins.
