Sam - if you switch to a diet of fish and chicken you can lose weight. Cut down on dairy. Eat a large bowl of salad with lunch and dinner. Have side dishes like sweet potatoes, steamed vegetables, and fruit. Cut down on bread, cereal, rice, and noodles. No alcohol and no fast food. Swimming each day doing laps at the pool also helps. I lost over 80 pounds that way.

At 15:01. My guess is that Pelicana chicken has a lot of sugar and salt used in the sauce. That adds a lot of calories. You could bake the chicken with some seasoning without the sauce.
