我家冰箱冷凍庫會常備牛肉片雞肉塊切好的老薑。如果感覺家人有人着涼了，就用洋蔥切片加上牛肉片和薑片紅蘿蔔，一起煮湯，灑上鹽花，大人小孩都可以喝補充能量。雞塊加上干香菇洗干淨加上老薑幾顆乾紅棗，一起煲湯，大人小孩都可以喝補充能量，咳嗽也比較快好。
