Greetings from Florida USA. Another good video, Lee. The multi color rice made my mouth water. I'd just like to suggest that you teach the little one to cover his mouth when he coughs. 我家冰箱冷凍庫會常備牛肉片雞肉塊切好的老薑。如果感覺家人有人着涼了，就用洋蔥切片加上牛肉片和薑片紅蘿蔔，一起煮湯，灑上鹽花，大人小孩都可以喝補充能量。雞塊加上干香菇洗干淨加上老薑幾顆乾紅棗，一起煲湯，大人小孩都可以喝補充能量，咳嗽也比較快好。

给小一可吃点稀饭会好点，他没胃口。二小姐姐和奶奶一个口味，不喜欢鱼腥草，有腥味，我也不喜欢海鲜菇，也有腥味。建议稍微炒一下材料才下米，饭会更香。
