Hey Dr Diaz is hot lmao. You have to be kind to yourself you went thru an ordeal, surgery. Need to get your rest when you are able, maybe taking a nap. Watch a few videos, so not watching them late at night. But it wouldn't hurt take a break from social media if not definitely make it minimal as much as love seeing you don't have to post every day. Need to concentrate on yourself. Everyone will understand you are important.
