Today's Lunch Menu - Easy Chicken Bhujia - Tawa Fry Crispy Baingan - Naush Kitchen Routine

Ingredients
• Boiled and shredded chicken 800 grams
• Chicken stock 1 cup
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Onion 2 medium, sliced
• Tomato 2 medium, chopped
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Green chilies 5-6
• Salt 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Dried fenugreek 2 tsp
• Fresh cream 1/2 cup
• Yogurt 3/4 cup

Ingredients
• Egg plant (Baingan) 1-2 big size
• Gram flour 2 tablespoons
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder 3/4 tbsp
• Cumin powder 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
• Mango powder 1 tbsp
• Chat masala 1/2 tbsp
• Cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp
