I just had a thought...what if Jeff actually fell asleep during this episode and did not wake up untill the a.m??. ....I know it's acting....but the possibility of him falling asleep while filming would have been possible!!!

I used to watch this every day when I was 8 years old I'm now 48 years old and it brings back memories when one time I came home from school for lunch the school allowed me to come home for lunch every day because I lived across the street from Dean elementary school in Lakewood Colorado in 1983 1984 1985 1986 off of exposition and Harlan St by Alameda and Harlan one time I fell asleep watching this same exzact show and I woke with the principal ringing the door bell I ended up staying home for the rest of that day wow what a quincidence the show about sleep and I slept after I ate lunch at home I was then transfered to another school because I was a wiz kid in school now I'm a homicide detective and getting ready to retire in about 5 years I love this show when we were kids we never thought life was so valuable and very precious and very easy to lose our lives if we don't take care of ourselves and always go along with your gut feeling if situation doesn't look safe then most likely it is unsafe stay home at night and keep a neighborhood watch look out for each other and suspicious activity don't be scared to call the police that's why we are here to save lives and solve violent crimes I live the cast here and so does my homicide unit they laughed about me watching this when I was a kid I liked Sam Crenshaw he was my favorite😆

What about when Jodie remarks that Jeff looks tired?? Maybe Jeff doesn't feel tired but LOOKS tired. Folks can look rested but feel tired too!!! Jeff could have replied "I am tired Jodie. Tired of being a mannequin!"

In the episode Night, Jeff and Jodie look tired to me..(late night's filming?? Jeff and Jodie(Nerene) went out together after filming maybe!!) That's how they should have looked in this episode to indicate they need sleep!!! In this Sleep eppie, they don't look tired at all.

Jodie wonders if Jeff is dreaming when he's in bed. Sure enough, there is an eppie in a later season called "Dreams" where Dreams are explored! The gang speak about their dreams. And Jeff has an unsettling dream where he thinks the floors are caving in as he's resting in a chair...but as a mannequin, he doesn't know what dreams are. So the gang explains about dreams to Jeff and us viewers and the gang share their own dreams too!
