You are right Deepika, some people neglect vegetarian dishes like these are inedible...... I'm a non veg eater, but most of my favourite dishes are veg dishes..... I crave for somosa chat, papri chat, gol gappa and so on as I live in the UK as well and all of them are veg dishes. I believe that vegetarian people use and apply so many techniques expertise spices to make a vegetable tastier, but to make a non veg tasty is not so hard as any meat - chicken or fish contain their own taste.
