I’m sure as a survivor who didn’t even get hurt, he probably feels or felt that he should have been shot as well or instead of Matt and Isaiah. What a terrible thought to live with.. That’s gotta bother him, the fact that the shooters didn’t see him because of his position under the table. But I’m sure he’s glad that his parents didn’t lose 2 children that day. There were some 40+ kids in the library at the time, and only 8 or so were killed (can’t remember the exact number.) That’s a lot of witnesses. I can only imagine what that was like.. especially since the shooters were laughing and joking the entire time.

I understand the sentiment. And I’m sorry your aunt has to relive that pain. But more restrictions for guns only makes it harder for responsible Americans to get them. I also think RACHEL had something to do with saving her brother Craig even though her life was done! She saved her smaller brother! She left a legacy behind. They made a movie about her called I am Not Ashamed the story of Rachel Joy Scott! Its really good! Rachel Joy Scott wanted to be an actress and a helper for other people! I saw a picture of her looking very serious and then she smiled and I wondered what she was thinking at that moment! She was very pretty and smart. Craig Scott cheated death but he didn't escape the aftermath of Columbine and what happened to several other students. Darrell Scott has a story to tell its called The Untold story Of Columbine and the Story Of Rachel Scott on you tube! Its very powerful and moving. When Craig Scott ran out of the library he passed his sister's dead body! He didn't see her! I would like to meet Craig Scott and I hope he comes to VA and talk about his experience of Columbine and the other part of me says "Leave this man alone!" he has been through a lot!" Let him find peace! His sister is with JC (Jesus Christ now) She is loved, safe and protected.

As a survivor of a school shooting.. videos like these are important and so very hurtful at the same time. I don’t understand how anyone could idolize these shooters or anything else to do with them. This is horrific. May those that were lost Rest In Peace. And may those that went through this tragedy be able to heal.

Lost his sister. Witnessed numerous classmates get murdered, including two friends right next to him. Had to lie in the blood of his friends whose deaths he just witnessed so he wouldn't be the next one to die. I wouldn't wish this on any adult, let alone a sixteen-year-old kid.

Hang in there craig! I know it's hard to lose someone that close to you, I've been through a similar tragedy myself in my past, and I was never totally the same again. Your sister is an angel, I think there is a very special place in the heavens for her and she wants you to be at peace! I remember the day this happened too, I wasn't living in Colorado I was in texas at the time but I work and go to school in Denver now. I've seen the memorial but I've never bothered to set foot on the school because they kick people off, when new people go over to that school but I will say this tragedy is one of the tragedies that drove me to study criminal law, and psychology, which is what I study now at home in my free time. I will pray for this guy, because I honestly didn't know it haunted him that badly. I know it's hard to lose a loved one, I've lost a lot of them, and I will say that it does make you think differently about life, it makes you greatful for the small things in life.

I complain and mentally cry over a zit on my face when this guy lost ‘it all ;‘ soda speak and probably had or still has the worst PsD ever from almost dying and watching his friends take their last breaths right in front of him . I remember when the Rachael’s Challenge program came to my school- we all were touched. Our principal had us sign a sheet and gave us a stern talk. He said “if you really are going to follow Rachael’s challenge then you will show compassion, start a journal and do it every day.” Me being a rebellious 4th grader scoffed and didn’t think about it again. Now I look back and somehow without me even knowing it I started a journal and made more friends with my newfound compassion. I unknowing followed Racheal’s challenge. That’s something.
