my bad! I messed it up, pick ratio is showing the pick ratio of the highest win rate, the lowest is also showing the highest. I have that thing automated and didn't notice it messed up pulling up the stats, I'll be more careful now :P

I don't know where we can see the exact number but it's shouldn't be very low elo, they have 28 Arena games with 78% win rate, so not Gladiator but not low elo either

just curious, do you manually translate everything or do you use a program to translate? or a bit of both?

all translation is done by me. programs are still a long way of being able to translate crappy mics and mumbling words, specially in this context where everything is LoL slang with abbreviations of items/skill names that are not in a dictionary
