Love your wife enough to have kept her out of jail. Make that deal on behalf of Nanny Faye, Chloe, and Grayson. But Julie knew the detail. It's alleged that she worked in one of the Community banks that was defrauded. Plus, it was also alleged that Julie's mother was one of the vice-president of one of the banks. So, Julie may have been the master mind behind the entire shenanigans 🤔

They should've taken the plea deal and apologized for breaking the law, which they were convicted of. They would've spent half as much time in prison as they're going to. Maybe prison will help them get them straight with their values.

@@lovalin4139 I think they've already been sentenced and are now going to appeal. I'm not a lawyer but I can't believe they didn't take a plea deal where they could've apologized then. I'm guessing each of them will now do 85% of their sentence and maybe get out early for good behavior. Nobody to blame but themselves.

I really didn’t know much about them other than my mom loved watching the show, and I would sit to watch bits and pieces while doing laundry in her room or dishes in the kitchen trying to see why she liked them. When she passed away I stopped watching all together because I had other things that needed to be done. I feel sad for the children and Todd’s mom. I’m also going to be praying for both Julie and Todd, pray that they survive their sentences without problems. Praying for them to have learned from their mistakes, praying that they can come back from this better people. I will also pray for the children and for Todd’s mom. I’m sending them all hugs, love, and prayers

When you're convicted of Federal crimes like they were you have to serve a minimum of 85% of your sentence. So Todd's going to be in in prison at least 10 years and two months which is 85% of his 12-year sentence.

Their sentences were so extremely large because they are not accepting guilt or having any remorse for what they have done. Poor Savannah is the one I feel sorry for because she has to raise 2 kids that are not hers. Putting her young life on hold to take care of her little brother and niece because her Mom and Dad did illegal things. Why should she have to do time for something she did not do?! Julie and Todd should be ashamed of themselves for the stress and unfairness they have done to their daughter and minor children as well as Nanny Faye. Shame, shame, shame on them!

I’m so annoyed by this whole situation. I understand they have to make an example out of them - but allow them to ride this wave. They are the topic of discussion for a lot of people right now. Let them tell their story and make that money back so that they can pay it back and be with their family.
