Todd Hido - Photography - ASC - Finding The Way

Todd Hido , born 25 August 1968, Kent, Ohio, United States is an American contemporary artist and photographer. Currently based in San Francisco, much of Hido's work involves photographs of urban and suburban housing across the U.S.. He has produced a number of well received books, had his work exhibited widely and included in various public and private collections.

He drove around the outskirts of towns in Ohio and shot through his car window ...there are a lot of videos of interviews and talks where he explains how he took photos, why, what influenced him

Wow! Reading the comments it seems he has a lot of fans.I was after maybe the fifth or sixth photo I Get it, now clean your damn windshield and try something else. I have five big boxes of slides my Father -in-law shot thru the windshield of his truck I better not throw them away he might be the next Vivian Maier of vacation wasteland .
