Me too. Trevor St. John can act circles around Roger Howart. Roger can't act his way out of a paper bag. He "abruptly" left One Life to Live, after being on the soap for upteen years, just because he DID NOT want to have a love affair with a black woman (Renee E. Goldsberry, Evangeline). Howart went to As the world Turns, and started playing the role of Paul. Roger acted the exact same way. The fidgety, shaky way he always moves, the same facial expressions. He was just called Paul. New name, same BAD acting. By the way, at THAT time As the world Turns was called the "whitest" soap on TV. Now, Roger is on General Hospital, funking up the place with his same BAD acting style.

@pjyork8879 RH plays the exact same character on EVERY show. When he left OLTL and went to ATWT, he played Paul. But he played Paul the exact same way he played Todd. RH played a million characters on General Hospital, and his portrayal of every one of those characters was the exact same. The same minor tone voice. The same facial expressions, or lack there of. The same mannerisms. The SAME everything. RH lacks the ability to get IN and OUT of character. It is impossible for him as an actor. Which makes him a horrible actor. The same with the female version of RH, Michelle Stafford.

@@oland637 RH was a better Todd because he originally played Todd, in fact TSJ never played Todd, he played Victor Lord Jr who had Todd's memories.

@megatron818 I watch these scenes now and I just feel cheated and sad, all those 8 years they were dead-set on making him the real Todd Manning and now Roger's back and suddenly it's just brain-washing and not real, it's not fair and TSJ certainly deserved better. And now it feels like the show just wants to forget that he ever did anything good. It really makes me angry. Todd/Victor loved Jess, I wish they would stop trying to destroy that.

to me trevor st john will always be to the real todd when roger got back i tend to block that part of the story like it never happened because it was bullshit ! and the writers messed up big time! i mean if they wanted to bring roger back couldn't not bring him back as a different character like they did claudia on general hospital !

well we should know that TSJ wasnt todd with the old Marty thing because Todd would never start having a reatlizonship or have sex with her, Any todd fan would know that wasnt Todd but Podd. I like TSJ but when they did that with his "Todd" thats when i say he is not Todd for me. Even RH As Todd said the same thing when he heard that this "Todd" had sexual realtionship with Marty

they bought Roger back as the real Todd because that was the ending of the show. That was the beginning of the end.

​@@pjyork8879Yep, Roger put the last nail in the One Life to Live casket. Trevor was magnificent taking over that role. Trevor gave Todd "layers" upon "layers". Trevor EARNED the right to keep that role. Bring no talent, one dimensional Roger back as the imposter.
