I would think victor would be the one without a legalized identity. Tea always got todd out of trouble so it's not good for him she is on victors side. Victor lord Sr. Left everything to todd manning he had no clue about victor

@@simonepunzo4890 There was nothing to really like about Victor. He was so cold and emotionless all the time. He had a completely dead pan expression most of the time. He had several violent incidents with his children including pushing Starr down the stairs and beating up her boyfriend. By this point in the show Todd has become a better person but I don't see that in Victor. I think Victor was a true psychopath. They both had been tortured by their mother but Todd had it far worse. Todd had a horrific childhood while Victor did not. But I think staying with his mother might have been even worse on Victor than what happened to Todd. They certainly both had a lot of emotional scars from their childhoods

I wish they could have decided to become allies and go after Irene. She was the one guilty of crimes against humanity, her own twin sons. But, if Irene's life was also threatened for not obtaining the information on that chip, then they all could have worked together to punish the real masterminds. Let us suppose Irene's agenda, although terrible, was ingenuous but always meant to be temporary. The world needed to believe 'Todd Manning' was alive one way or another but there exists a much larger conspiracy regarding the information on that chip. However Todd came to possess that information, hiding him away was for his own good as it could contain knowledge so powerful that it was worth killing over. It is this part of the story I wish was expanded upon. The reboot to 'One Life To Live' appeared to do just that as Victor was on the run from some rogue group.
