Your chat at the beginning was interesting because I grew up in a family that did everything together as well. However, I’ve never felt any real connection to them because they’ve always been weird with me. Older cousins having animosity towards me, others always having something to say about me, when I do nothing but mind my business. So instead, I look for family/love in friends & push aside my blood fam. It’s just cool to know different family dynamics & how they work.

Can’t wait to listen to your podcast about friends when I have time! I am a girl who always have struggled a lot with getting friends and keeping them. I am sometimes feeling like something is wrong with me.. I am currently 23 and have only two/three friends but I only hang out most with one of them.
