I see people have little knowledge about liquid nitrogen. Nitrogen gass is cooled down to a temperature where it's liquid. As soon as it comes out of the container it will vaporise again, so it won't mix into the food.

This is certainly creative. I make something similar to this with chocolate chips, peanut butter and almonds or peanuts. It doesn't take long and you mix it in a bowl.

Apparently the people below don't realize that 80% of what is in their mouth right now is nitrogen. The reason it has that reaction is because nitrogen has a boiling point of negative 300 degrees F. The stuff you breath is the result of nitrogen boiling and assuming its gaseous state until it is chilled below -300F and liquifies again.

why would anyone go through all that trouble when they can just buy a pack for a dollar
@Chubzdoomer10 жыл бұрын
The obvious reason is that they're fresher and you have more control over how they're made. Another reason is that you can probably "mass produce" a whole bunch of them cheaper than if you were to buy several packs, depending on which brands of ingredients you choose.
@NotANoob27x78 жыл бұрын
