Redrum.x a girl and her cars you can do it! I haven't had a drink since March 14 and I feel great! It never made me feel good the next day and even though I didn't drink often I didn't like the way I felt. I'm to the point where alchohol just sounds gross to me. It's doable!

Redrum.x a girl and her cars Oh I completely understand. Depression has been my reality for years. This past year was the hardest of my life. I wanted to end it all. Suicidal thoughts controlled my mind. But alcohol truly does not help, especially if you are on medications for your mental illnesses. It definitely can feel like alcohol is the best escape but over all it will make it all so much worse. It's poison to your mind and body. I can say that I have seen a difference in my depression and anxiety since I have completely cut alcohol out of my life. I will say I am religious and very spiritual and that has helped as well. But I think cutting out things like alcohol are big big steps in the right direction toward healing and improvement of mental illness. You are in my thoughts ❤ you are not alone and I completely understand.
