Sometimes we see choir who have fixed their own rules that might not be necessary when it comes to worshipping God. I love her singing and the anointing but I'm sure God has so many other vessels amongst them to use as well. Even though they may not be as good as her she can train and encourage them. Train them vocally, stage management, spiritual walk with God etc. God can use anybody. Unfortunately some Choir leaders have put themselves in the place of God. I'm not saying this is her case. Some leaders know great talents among the group but purposely decide to ignore them. It should not be so in the house of God. It's good to lay our crowns at the feet of Christ. Pls sister maybe u haven't thought in that line, teach others and let those whom God has gifted partake in the blessings that his service brings. I'm not biased but my constructive criticism. I know it's hard to accept criticism but let the truth be told. I enjoyed the praise anyway. More grace and let us all endeavour to make heaven when this life is over.
