Probably, and such TSR might be worth $29. Writing TSRs is HARD. Writing TSRs that do not eat up precious conventional memory, work along business software like 1-2-3 and do not crap out every five minutes is even more hard. But this program is not TSR. Documentation mentions placing this program at the end of AUTOEXEC.BAT, so author probably imagines some CEO running it all day.
