I consider myself a shoto main (until I unlock all might and Aizawa comes out) and his best move in my opinion is actually his wall. Now, this might be a bug, but he can actually shoot through the ice wall. So my play style is basically stay a bit back, put down my wall and go to town with my fire. And if someone sneaks up on me I ice slide out of there. And the way level him up is I got for his A, then his Y, and I finished with wall because I don’t really use it for damage unless I get jumped. And I think he has the best range in the game. Deku might beat him but you have to use all his shoots so I don’t think it’s worth it, and dabi’s is really slow compared to shoto.

Actually, shoot and his teammates can shoot through b skill. It's just block enemy projectiles as well.

i kinda use shotos ice wall as a back off tool and the fire wall i use after ice wall so when they land to try push me they take the burn damage from the fire wall and ice slide i keep 1 to escape minimum but othertimes i use it as just a freeze in team fights coz the amount of people who walk into it allowed 3 to 4 fire shots for free is great

Todoroki and Compress are easily my mains but more so Todoroki and a few things Ive learned with him while playing are. 1. The ice wall can be used in so many different ways. It has high damage potential, can block certain projectiles while allowing for you to shoot through it so Bakugou + Todoroki behind the ice wall can devastate an entire team. You can also use the ice wall and special action as a combo. If in tight area's like alleyways or buildings and you can gauge the distance right you can lock people in with the ice wall and use the special action for constant tick damage and any AOE teammates just amplifies the deadliness. (This is an especially good counter against other Todoroki's because if they're using their ice wall to provide cover while also firing from behind it then slide over with your ice and lock him in with your ice wall, afterwards just lay them to waste there is nothing he can do) 2. Use your Y quirk in combination with your B quirk depending on the given situation. If you need to escape then use that ice to lock off an entire route, when leveled up it can almost block an entire entrance to a dome. If in battle and can manage to pull it off then use your Y to freeze your opponent B to knock them up and if your aim is good enough then try firing some shots while they're airborne for an almost guaranteed down. 3. If you place an ice wall in a not so great area and you're stuck then don't worry! If you have charges on your Y quirk then just active that and slide into your own ice wall while aiming for what looks like the lowest point in the spikes of your own wall, the jump Todoroki does after he's finished gliding is enough for you to get over it just fine. 4. Just a general tip but if you're playing someone who doesn't have great vertical manoeuvrability and you happen to be in Fire Zone or Typhoon Zone then use the close together buildings to your advantage by wall jumping between the two buildings.

Somethings to note for newer players because i didnt know ANY of these. 1. When you "finish" someone it recovers your shields just like in apex legends. 2. The color of abilities can be used by anyone of that color. (EX an almight "Y" ability can be use to level up your yellow character (Allmight, Deku, Tendo etc.) 3. Characters on the ground will get up after 20 seconds as I am sure you saw. Try to get kills but try not to put yourself in danger in order to finish them off. 4. If someone is down but they are in the storm I BELIEVE the timer stops (This one needs to be double checked by people so plz inform me and everyone because if i am I will delete this as to not confuse people) 5. Don't forget you have a regular melee attack other than you main abilities! Feel free to add anything for anyone to learn!

number 4, confirmed, just played with a friend but it's either that reasoning (storm) or every second / tick of damage - the timer wont go down

About #4, I've noticed in the storm, it does stop the timer. But i've also noticed that whenever u take any type of damage while down, it stops the timer till ur not damaged again. I'm starting to believe it's less the storm making the timer stop and more leaning towards any damage u take stops it, hence why the storm stops the timer. Since it does tic damage per second

Todoroki simply does more damage than he deserves lmao. He’s got a strong projectile, a crazy defense wall, and his MOVEMENT ability does great damage and can lead to combos. He feels kinda unfair overall just cuz of how impossible it can be to fight this guy with some characters, he just has all the tools.

Sorry for saying this but now the cheaters take over the game , we have midorias flying and spaming, bakugos 1 hit , froppy 1 hit (i just get killl by that in a 2 min game (about 5 min of this comment ) and momo no coldown spaming ) the game is doom ;-;

​@@Huskers1028 He is balanced in terms of the other characters in the game. So many characters feel 'broken' in this game once you learn them, it's just the way the game is. It's not Shoto that needs nerfed specifically, I think they could nerf range damage overall though...

No, Todo is the sniper of the game. That's his design, it ca be seen in the fact he has two defensive like skills and an escape tool to keep away and have his distance, deku is the all-rounder which is why he has a super good movement a super good close range move and a good mid range tool along with a team support skill that lets him carry and revive his team, where davi is a trapper, hes intended to pester people to try and lead then into his area with all his traps and having his wall to defend himself, momo is then a support character, her canons are ment for covering fire while her team rushes in with her shield bash
