Todoroki, Kirishima and Midoriya have one thing in common: They can all tell that sometimes what Bakugo says is different from what he's actually thinking/feeling, and when. From what I can tell, it seems that not a lot of Class 1-A's students, especially, can see this, or at least as well, and Todoroki has used this 'insight' to occasionally screw with Bakugo.
