Also I read a Tobi interview from a French website, where he tells that he'll be with Edguy, promoting the new album, and on the road for a long time, so he doesn't have any time for Avantasia. He also tells that he doesn't feel like writing for Avantasia for the moment, but that if one day he wants to write a new symphony or anything different from Edguy, it'd be with Avantasia. Let's just hop we won't have to wait for 6 years, like for Scarecrow :/

Still Tobi managed to inspire so many people that he might even pass the torch to someone taking over Avantasia and helping them out sometime/alot live. Meaning Avantasia would become a permanent band instead of a project with the worlds greatest metal musicians

@Lelouch1991 Indeed it's worth it, totally, but it would be so long... :/ And I don't think the fact of passing the torch to someone else would be a good idea, Tobi wrote all Edguy and Avantasia pieces, and it would sound kinda weird I think, if someone else than him would write songs. But Avantasia becoming a permanant band would be so great ! Kiske and Hansen together are just magic. Das Orginal mit Jon Oliva ist derart genial, dass ich Bauchschmerzen bekomme, wenn ich Hansens Geseiere hier höre. Ich war dort. Keinen hat seinen Auftritt interessiert. Bitte, Kai, tue uns endlich den Gefallen, höre auf zu singen. Mr. German Heavy Metal sind wohl eher Udo Dirkschneider oder Hansi Kürsch, aber nicht der.
