I took the test today. I didn't go as I expected, I struggled with the speaking section because I couldn't concentrate and I got nervous. I feelt so disappointed. I'll just wait for the results. I'll let you know my official results as soon as I receive them. In the reading I got 22 and in the listening section 25. But I want to say thank you Michael you're templates helped me a lot in the writing section.

I have the result. Overall I got 90, but sadly I needed 23 in writing and I got 22. Can you believe it? Just one point. I'm going to take the test again, but before that I'll look for help. I'm thinking about your essay evaluations. How many do I have to buy? I'm asking because I'm no sure how your service exactly works.

Everyone seem to have exam on 29, while mine is on 28. :d Right now I am preparing to it and have identified some patterns. I make mistakes with the same type of questions - summarization and vocabulary, and my aim is 28-30...
@Toeflresources4 жыл бұрын
Yeah. My advice would be not to waste TOO much time on vocabulary questions. Most of the time you will either know them or not. If you can't figure them out in 30 or 45 seconds it MIGHT be best just to take a guess and move on.

Hello, I have got a question! I hope you'll answer it! Let us consider, I got 3 passages in the exam and a total time of 54 minutes! If I solve the first 10 questions in 10 minutes, will my remaining time be added up for the next passage or the timer will start counting the next fresh 18 minutes?
@Toeflresources4 жыл бұрын
The time will be added to what is given for the rest of the reading section. Basically, there is a clock ticking down. You can use the time however you like.
@AnweshAdhikari4 жыл бұрын

When it comes to "Fill in a Table (0-1) - 3 points" , the "TOEFL iBT Test Prep Planner 2019" describes it slightly differently: "The category chart question are worth up 3 points if there are 5 options presented, and up to 4 points if there are 7 options presented". Moreover I'm not sure if "Fill in the table" type question is exactly the same as "Category chart" type question, or maybe this is completely new one ? I've just started to preparing to the Reading section, so I'm bit confused. I haven't met either "Fill in the table" or "Category chart" question yet. As for " 2 points or more" questions, till now, I've only been dealing with Summary questions, so maybe I mixed up something.
@Toeflresources4 жыл бұрын
"Fill in a table" is the same as "category chart." They are very rare, though. Actually they had totally disappeared for about four years, before being used on one or two tests in late 2019. Almost everyone has reported only getting "summary" questions. Moreover, there aren't very many "fill in a table" questions in the official prep material. I believe that if they appear nowadays they will only be worth three points. But as I said in the video there could be something different from what I've described. Does that help?
