In some questions, they are asking that " According to paragraph, what suggest that ... ". I wonder if we must be considered them as identifying fact or inference questions. I'll be glad, if you answer.

fact quest must be 100% found in the passage while the inference quest is based on a fact presented in the passage.

Even after the 2023 changes that was made in TOEFL, are the questions still like this?

Yes, even after the 2023 changes to the TOEFL, the question types and formats remain similar, with a focus on assessing reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills. The changes aimed to enhance the overall testing experience and make the test more accessible, but the core structure and types of questions have not drastically shifted. You can still expect a mix of multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank questions in the reading section, along with tasks that require you to demonstrate comprehension and analysis of the texts provided. It’s always a good idea to review the latest official TOEFL resources or practice materials to familiarize yourself with any updates or nuances in the exam format. If you have specific concerns about the changes or how they affect the questions, feel free to ask!

Cause the question was asking "what must proteins do to perform their responsibilities?". The answer A telling only about functions that they are responsible for. I know it looks right ,but if you look careful you will see that proteins are responsible for many functions ,not only for clean up... and routine...and in the answer A they are mentioning only 2 functions that they are responsible for. That is why A answer is wrong
