Hey Juva, Just scored 110 on my official practice exam. (30 Reading, 23 Listening, 29 Speaking, 28 Writing) My real exam is scheduled for the 10th of August and I hope that I'll achieve similar results. Thanks for all those great tips, especially in the writing section. Keeps my mind on the right path! Thank you for the video. But, is it true that following any template might decrease the chance of getting a high score? I also found that, the high-level speaking demo provided in the official books do not follow any structure. On the other hand, mid level responses often follow the structure templates provided by the online instructors. What is your opinion about it. N.B: My target score is 100-105.

I'm so glad you like the video :). It's not true that using a template decreases your score. I used templates for TOEFL Speaking and TOEFL Writing and I scored 115. The reason is this: A template gives you sentence starters which is an immense help because it makes sure that you use a broad range of vocabulary and that you are able to deliver a great answer under time pressure. What decreases your score is memorizing full answers, but this is not what you do with a template. As I said, a template gives you sentence starters, the rest of your answer depends on the question asked. Hope this helps!

In TOEFL Speaking task 4 I recommend taking concise notes by only using keywords. The task is to summarize what the lecturer says: this includes talking about the topic and giving examples. Hope this helps :).

Hi Snigdha, that's not possible. You can only retake the whole test.
