He hasn't chosen Ipswich, they are the only team with an offer. He knows he can play in the Premier League for one year there, then leave. Everton haven't got it done because we haven't got the money, we need to sell DCL/Onana before we do anything else now. And there doesn't seem to be much interest, if any, there. It may well be we have to sell Branthwaite towards the end of the window if we don't get one of those sold.

Thelwell has to perform well this window or he's out the door imo. Especially with the new owners coming in. I think he's done terrible in all the previous windows but has started this one alright. Just under 2 months to go, and we need another 3-4 players at least. And they can't be garbage filler like Vinagre or Maupay. Never mind selling deadwood. Hopefully he gets it right and we can climb back into the top half for the first time in a few years. UTFT

Telling CL winning managers who to play from his yacht 😂. You only have to line up the signings window by window for Thelwell. 2 windows signing nobody but selling a key player lol. Never mind some shocking signings along the way. Maupay in particular. Will give credit for getting Tarks though. Thought he might have gone elsewhere. So getting him on a free was top business.

@@DannyOConnor1991 The biggest difference is that we couldn't spend any money when Moshiri stopped giving a shit mate lso ask yourself a question why did we have to sell a key player? Our spending was stupid and we had to get money in because of PSR it wold have been a LOT worse had we not Mapay was also a panic buy from him and Lampard you have to remember the manager also has an input in signings. Moshiri did a lot of interfering in signings like ringing Brands at 3am to get him to sign Bale.... Hopefully with the new owners coming in it will be run properly and the DOF can get on with his job without any interference.

Maupay and Beto cost us £40m... Vinagre didn't even play. Young is shite yet gets a new deal. Etc. Nothing was in his way there. They're just bad decisions. Both from a football and financial POV. But deffo, got to hope the new owners get us going in the right direction and puts the right people in place. UTFT
