We're excited to share with you our latest Empty Hands Music song: “Together Today”.
Its very different from previous songs, in that it crosses 4 continents in languages, artists and spirit. Featuring dear friends Carlos Lopes (from Angola, Africa), Avner Hodorov & Giyora Arbiser (From Israel), Mehul Vaishnav (from India) and more. The song includes 4 languages: English, Portuguese, Gujarati and Spanish. And the song was created during 5 days spent together in Angola, Africa with the support of an amazing non-profit called Ponte Cultural and Casa De Musica and dearest sisters Naama Margalit and Ashima Goyal. Ponte Cultural, is a voluntary project of the “Fundação Arte e Cultura”, which is active in Angola.
Its primary goal is to support and encourage local artists in Angola, and to spread the rich Angolan culture throughout the country and around the world.
The Foundation had established “Casa da Musica”, a centre for music and culture.
The non-profit centre is open to the public, giving them free access to study music, singing, dancing and more, and it also provides rehearsal spaces and professional support for beginning artists.
The project is produced by the Israeli musician, Avner Hodorov, in collaboration with the manager of Casa da Musica, Giyora Arbiser.
The idea behind “Ponte Cultural” is to initiate collaborations of leading artists from Angola, Israel and other countries, together with the local musicians and artists of Casa da Musica, for the joint creation of new music.
This collaboration will ensure the continuation of activities in Casa da Musica, and will also provide a platform for presenting the rich world of Angolan art and it's beginning artists.

Isreal is not a point of reference (see 2:40 point in the video) for me to show how global we are and to illustration that we are "one love". too controversial for you to mention this country in light of Israeli apartheid of the occupied Palestinian territories.

I feel what you are saying in the sense that it can be taken controversially. But that doesn't take away that the beautiful artists and people who helped support this project came from Israel to Luanda to bring the country and others together through music and arts. The countries mentioned at 2:40, as you point out, are the countries which all the artists of this song have come from. But definitely my heart goes out to all our Palestinian brothers and sisters and all the sad challenges we have in the political wars that span across our globe.
