Is it not going to be too foaming when using up to 100gram of sles because some bleach are not foamy out there. So can I use texapon (base) to replace sles?. More so with the cost of this production, it's too expensive for the sales of 1ltr bleach in the market

I made the formula and tweaked it as you recommend. It is thick and stable. However, two things i did, I added salt to the sles to thicken it without using alot of SLES and i increased the caustic quantity. But I added urea to make it clear. When it is allowed to rest, there is an ammonia smell from it. Is that from the Urea?

lol..... that means that you produced a product with a life shield of one month only. Sodium hypochlorite in this formula is a bleaching agent, but at the same time it's a preservative as well, consider higher concentration of sodium hypochlorite than the one you used before, consider a solution of at least 5% sodium hyplochlorite, including water on it. That's a way too much, it should be from 2,8% to a maximum of 5%. If it's up to 10% and your plastic container it's not too thick, it may break the container. Regards.

Mostly around 3, 5 to 5 %. The less concentrated your sodium hypochlorite is, the more caustic soda you'll have to put, and consider checking the PH while adding caustic soda gradually , once it reaches 11 to 12, you'll obtain a quality product.
