actually good hacks for your period: Eat dark chocolate (Eating dark chocolate can help stop your period cramps) Avoid salty foods and caffeine ( They make your period cramps worse) Drink a lot of water lay in the fetal position (Helps stop your period cramps I know a lot of people say this but TRACK YOUR PERIOD! The apps tell you when your period will start and end (I recommend using clue) (I know these aren't all the hacks but these are all i can remember at the moment cuz my brain cells died bc i watched this)

Same! I also recommend Clue and it actually work!! When I got my first period [15th June 2023] I was only 10.5 Y/O. So,I was watching some period tips, one of a video said to download Clue and, I was on day 2 and it says that my period will end on 18th June and, it work! I was so happy to see it actually work. But, I didn't tell it to my mom. But, when it was 14 July, I told my mom about this she said "Okay 👌🏻, and..... when is the day for this month?" I told her "14th July means today." she said "Ok 👌🏻, I will see that if you got your period today or not. If today you don't get I will delete this app but....., if you get today I won't delete it." I said "Ok." then I went to school after I gave the exam, I was feeling something is not good. So, I asked my teacher "Miss may I go yo washroom because I am feeling I've started my period."and she said "Ok." and then, I checked that there is little bloody I asked about this to my teacher she said "That mean you've started your period." so, yeah I recommend Clue. 😊❤

Sorry to break this to you but not everyone can use cups (or discs) because they are anatomy specific, and if one has an IUD then they are definitely not recommended for use for that person. Plus the fact that many people are simply not comfortable using a cup in instances where public bathrooms are the only option available. Think about it like this, someone has to remove their cup inside a stall, then pull up their underwear and pants up, while having no clothing protection on them and thus still bleeding, then bring their cup, covered in blood and their fingers and hands too, over to the sink, to then clean in full view of other people. That alone is a nightmare situation to me, never mind the fact that simply using handsoap and water is NOT going to sterilize a cup to make it free from germs and bacteria. And thus begging for either BV or an UTI, or a combination. And I amnot trying to be mean here, so please do not misunderstand me, because I just want to share some important information here with everyone.
