Sir, urgently need to know this: 1) Can we use cement for 2x4 feet vitrified tiles for walls? (Normal room, not bathroom) 2) I have to plaster the walls on which I will put tiles. My contractor says tiles work better on fresh plaster... Can tiles be pasted with cement after a day or two of plastering the wall?

Here in pakistan, tile bonding chemical (Bond) is cheap, near about equal to price of cement, as 20kg bag is cost is about 180 INR & of 40kg bag is about 330 INR. Cement bag of 50kg price is almost same as in india, about 300INR for 50kg bag.

White adhesive is for outdoor tiles, indor we use grey adhesive , adhevise take minimum 2 hours and cement takes 5 minute but for best results use. Adhesive , for vitrified tiles use adhesive only
