Absolutely a life saver to me as well and so thorough in explanation. My original toilet was never very well secured and now I know why! I took off the old toilet and cleaned up everything and got to the problem and found that the builder did a terrible job with the flange and it is not level. So now I am going to watch your video on flange replacement to solve that problem.. Thank you for sharing your skills!!!!

Maybe try Lowe’s and Home Depot. Some of those parts are found in other brands of toilets.

Where can you find replacement parts for this toilet? Are there any universal parts that work with it? If you cant find parts, what's the point if buying of these.

Bullitz4Brkfst - there a couple of other brands that use the same flush valve and other internals. Probably your big box store would carry them. Hoping I don’t need any parts for at least 10 years or so.

Hey installed new toilet like this from Sam s Club. Works great. Just asking why after flushing when it sits for awhile. The water in bowl goes down to just little in hole. And a small amount of water is sitting there

Sounds like a vent issue in the plumbing drain system that is sucking water from your toilet trap. The toilet itself wouldn't cause that.

Just get under it with a thin flat blade screwdriver and pry against your finger (to help keep from chipping the ceramic).

What about sealing it to the floor?

It doesn’t need to be sealed to the floor. Just the wax ring. Sometimes with a tile or other non-gripping floor you may want to add some caulk or sealant to keep the toilet from twisting if it gets bumped. In this case the linoleum is fine without it

I just bought this for 90$, I’m installing it in a few days, this has to be made by a company that makes toilets......American standerd, moen, glacier.....etc. major companies like Walmart have generic brands made by the same brand companies. They work out a contract on bulk products to make it cheaper for the consumer, but with equal quality. Well supposedly equal quality.😬

I do not recommend these toilets unless you like clogs and or hiring a plumber. ILL tell anyone in the store i see buying them that they are not worth it. Pros" they sit much higher than a normal toilet. Cons: they will need multiple flushes for some #2 and we've actually had clogs that would normally go down our other toilets.

Ours is doing well since the video. Still planning to install one in the master bath. It does sit taller than normal, but we’re a tall family!
