CARNIVAL HORIZON MADE ME UPSET ON THE SECOND SEA DAY/I WAS NOT HAPPY!

Carnival is just like ALL the other cruiselines.They all have highs and lows on EVERY cruise. I will be diamond loyalty status after my next Bimini cruise in December and I still believe Carnival is a great time for cruising. I wanted to inform you about the Harbor Suites in fact I generally only sail on the Horizon or Celebration in the Family Harbors. Every Specialty restaurant for the kids is FREE with every adult booked. So when you book any specialty YOU have to state you are in the family harbor and are booking for you and a child which is free! It's a awesome Perk!

Yes! This is my second time staying in the Family harbor rooms on Carnival Horizon for the perks! However it's not FREE for kids to eat at ALL the specialty restaurants. Bonsai Teppenyaki the Hibachi restaurant kids don't eat Free with Family harbor which is why the disagreement occurred. I love Carnival and this is the first time I've experienced poor customer service the whole cruise because it got worse in other situations on this cruise that I will be posting soon. I'm platinum now after this cruise and never had this rude and poor customer service. Lol but Thanks for watching!

We made reservations at the steak house and have a 9 year old they fee was only 12.50 but he will definitely eat his meal

@@pammorrison24 right! I paid $10 for my Daughter's Dr. Seuss Breakfast because I knew she would eat it. But $49 for a two year old at hibachi is crazy. And she only ate 3 bites of my rice! Lol but I'm glad they understood in the end.

After January we will no longer be using Carnival Cruises. Play felt it necessary to ban radios, speakers, and sleep machines from those who do not misuse them. So I felt it necessary to cancel my other three cruises and I have already rebooked two with MSC. Goodbye CCL.😅
