For those wondering how to land Joint Struggle even though it has such a huge windup, it's actually pretty easy, you just gotta have 75 meter at the very least and then use the counter that costs 50 meter. Upon landing the counter you will get 25 meter back and you have to immediatly use Joint Struggle because the counter's stun lasts just enough that you can hit your enemy if you use it immediatly after they trigger the counter, you can also easily lock people in the 1 minute finisher cutscene with this.
