Does it required to complete the broken Sea Pearl quest first? Since I had the same error as the others guy

yes, you need broken sea pearl so xuan'er can repair it.. to get broken sea pearl you don't need xi yuqing if you still don't have broken sea pearl, NPC you need is mr liang, xiang luan and han de, if you have the same error as the other guy try clear cache and relog, If still nothing, just try use song of nirvana audio to xuan'er directly If still nothing, you can go to setting > support > choose the top one and report as a bug(don't forget to add screenshot too)

@@kurotcm22345 below uninstall there's "storage" - open - clear cache Or Go to settings - apps - search your game - storage - clear cache (i guess you can use it next time if you have another problem in game before uninstall it)

sorry that's the max quality in game that i can afford
